When AC blower on auto Cool will barely turn and coils evaporator freeze up.
Outide unit is running. After I put it on Fan only AC Off, fan runs but no airflows felt going through filter. Seems like fan is running on low speed.

Even with the fan running on low speed, you should have airflow. What is the make and model number of furnace?
