There is a piece of skin that ripped and has a hole and the top part gets stuck on my tampon when I try to take it out. That piece recently got thinner by ripping more and it bled and it is thin now and the thicker part feels harder than normal.

I have to ask. How old are you? Are you a virgin, (sounds like you are describing the hymen)
