I am 27 years and I have known for my period to come 1 or 2 days before or after my expected period but lately my body have been changing drastically I have been on birth control from since I became sexually active and have stopped in July 2009 and have been trying to get pregnant since. I also have been suffering with severe abdominal pains and have been to many doctors and they all gave me answers like endometriosis cysts and other medical conditions. I then visited another doctor who told me I don't have any of the above but a bacterial infection and inflammation that has been causing my pains I got treated fro it was told I am fertile. I have been seeing my period fro January up until June where it would be 1 or 2 days before o after like I mentioned earlier. As of July my period came week late and look this month it is 2 weeks late which yesterday I spotted and it stop and today I have a period. MY partner and I have been together for 10 years now and he believe he had a problem u until e cheated on me ad now ha a baby which he doubts but still shows interest in the child an the reason for his doubt is because the girl had multiple partners. I need your help please.

Have you had some fertility testing done? If not, that would be the next step since you have been trying to conceive for several years. You may want to see about having a referral to a reproductive endocrinologist.

It it would be wise for your partner to get a paternity test done so that he can know for certain whether the child is his. Regardless, he too should have fertility testing done. Even if the child is his, it doesn't mean he doesn't have a fertility issue and it's possible that a concern can be attributed to both of you.
