I would think that it would depend on the codes where you live. So, it would be helpful to know where you live. It is up for grabs as to whether it is available on the Internet or not for where you live.

It's pretty much optional what height you set your laundry tray at but the average height from the rim to the floor is 34". The stubout will rough in at 15" off the floor to the center and the supplies will stubout on either side of the drainage stubout. You may rough in at 2" to a 2 X 2 X 1 1/2" tee and stub oiut at 1 1/2". You must run a vent off the top of the tee to the attic where you may revent back into a existing roof vent. Good luck, Tom
