My mom worked at the company for 1 years and 5 months. The company owner did not come back after he left from Dubai. He said he'll back after three months but he did not, so we went to labor and ask for the visa cancellation. On that time we've got to know that she has absconding. So we apply to remove absconding. It was rejected and they put her on life ban. Now her visa is expired and I don't know what to do. I tried to get contact with local sponsor but he said he cannot do for her. Between company owner and local sponsor has problem. My mom will be 60 years old next year. No one in my home country to take care of her. So Kindly please suggest what should I do?

You need to talk to an immigration attorney.

She's your mother. You should sacrifice your life for a while to take her back home and get her situated somehow, and send her money when you go back to Dubai.

You ask how you can cancel her VISA... then you go on to say her VISA is expired... Which is it? If its expred it is no longer valid. I agree with previous comments...if she was 60 and working...she's not old and decrepid and can take care of herself...send her money so she can.
