1- I have Samsung drive installed on the windows
2- I've installed Samsung kies, and tried troubleshoot repair
3- I've updated all the drivers
4- I've uninstalled the driver, then install it again
5- I've tried to connect it to windows8.1 & TV , but not recognized
And many other solutions I've tried, but nothing works, I hope some one fix my problem
