OK so For 3 weeks or so I have been crazy nauseous have had heart burn really bad and mild headaches! Pretty much feeling like I did with my first pregnancy.. . but I started my period... still feeling really nauseous and getting heart burn could I still be pregnant? It is even possible?

You can have some bleeding in early pregnancy that you may think is a period, but you won't technically have a period if pregnant.

Does this bleeding appear to be same flow as a regular period, start when expected?

If you have possibly been pregnant for at least 3 weeks, you could try a pregnancy test, or better yet, you may want to see your doctor for a test there. That way if you aren't pregnant, your doctor can discuss other possible causes for an extended duration of feeling nauseous.

It was like a normal period.. only lasted 4 days though... and the last time I had sex was about 3 weeks ago

Your friends are wrong. Once you're pregnant your period stops. Some women do experience bleeding throughout pregnancy and mistake it for a period, but it's not a period. You cannot have a period once you're pregnant.

Since you had a period it's unlikely that you're pregnant, but if you feel this may just be bleeding that wasn't a period, by all means take a pregnancy test. Make sure to use first morning urine, and follow the directions exactly.

I will agree with the others, some women have a slight bleeding but you will not have a period after you are pregnant.

And of course each women's pregnancy is different, but most women do not have sickness until they have missed one or two periods, not before.

It is more likely you are just ill.
