I know that we have been all over this before but for once let's get ahead of the game

Iceland's Bardarbunga volcano prompts eruption fears - CNN.com (http://edition.cnn.com/2014/08/20/world/europe/iceland-volcano/index.html?hpt=hp_t3)

Climate change is upon us, perhaps from a different source. Not wishing to be alarmist but the threat posed by volcanos is real, little understood and worse still, beyond our ability to control. So while we agonise about that last ounce of CO2 and even worse methane emissions in Siberia, let us remember that volcanos hold all the cards and there are some in Iceland that hold a lay down mizzaire. The last time these volcanos seriously erupted we had a little ice age, one we have recently recovered from. So keep your eyes on the sky and if they become a little leaden...

There are always volcanos going off somewhere, but here we have another possible catastrophy waiting to happen

Japanese island formed by volcanic eruption could collapse and cause a tsunami, scientists warn - Australia Network News (Australian Broadcasting Corporation) (http://www.abc.net.au/news/2014-08-20/an-volcanic-island-forming-off-japan-could-cause-tsunami2c-sci/5684934)

And all this time we fiddle about with wars and conflict as if that is more important than being prepared

With such a long list of things to worry about its small wonder that today's baseball games seems like a reasonable escape given the grand kids have eaten me out of house and home yesterday and the cache of goodies is GONE.

In other words, enjoy what you have while you have it because tomorrow isn't promised.

And what does that have to do with a volcano

Palestinian Troglodytes are born in volcanos?

Volcanoes don't know how smart you are, nor care. And that's only one way to get wiped out.

Back to your comment on the Israeli conflict, the Israeli's are exercising their God given right to defend themselves in their own land, they are not in conflict with God, I notice you didn't show a palestinian arab in the same picture

I know Clete god gave them the land. Anything goes when you invoke god. What a great way to justify anything you do. It's a centuries old story of BS!

No Tal it is a centuries old story of favour when you follow the right path. You see Tal you acknowledge what we know about the Jews, it is their land, they were disposessed by the Romans and the land was given back to them by the world in 1948, therefore they have the right to live in it and enjoy it unmolested by the religious fanatics that surround them. You and others like you continue to ignore the fact that they are not the aggressors, but that they have responded to threats both external and internal. The methods they use are blunt at times but more effective than idle talk. You also ignore that they offered to live peacefully with the palestinians but that was rejected by religious fanatics and Nazi sympathisers
