When taking a shower the toilet makes a bubbling sound. When flushing the toilet the tub makes a bubbling sound. Sometimes the toilet backs up and will not flush, and also backs up in the tub. After 8 to 12 hours the toilet starts working again. The tub always drains slow.

We had the septic tank cleaned and the problem still continue..

Does anyone have an answer.

Your septic tank has nothing to do with this problem. You have a partial blockage downstream from the tub that must be snaked. You have several options.
1- Pull the toilet and snake from there, **OR**
2- Snake from the lavatory roof vent. If you do put out enough snake to reach the base and 15 more feet. Good luck, Tom
