If I took 7.5mg percocet on Wednesday morning, Thursday morning, and Friday morning and then had a urine drug test the following Thursday afternoon (6+ days later), will I pass? I am freaking out!
Just to clarify, the urine test will specifically test for oxycodone and I believe the cutoff is 100ng/ML
I also drank roughly 1-2 gallons of water a day the 6 days before the test, drank cranberry juice, and the day of the test drank about 3 liters of water and the sample looked pretty dilute. A dilute negative is not a problem, as long as it is negative.
Any help would be greatly appreciated... I am totally freaking out!!

We are all volunteers here. Your question will be answered when someone who knows the answer comes online.

Oxycodone is generally detectable in the urine for 3-4 days. Considering how little you took, you should have no problems passing. Here is a link to some info on elimination of oxycodone.
OXYCODONE AND ACETAMINOPHEN (OXYCODONE HYDROCHLORIDE AND ACETAMINOPHEN) TABLET [BLENHEIM PHARMACAL, INC.] (http://dailymed.nlm.nih.gov/dailymed/lookup.cfm?setid=82c29851-e03b-46dc-993a-e2946578085f)

Thanks, AntC!
You only took one 7.5 each day?

Yes, I only took one 7.5mg percocet each day.
You are going to cut it close. There is a slim chance you will fail. What do you stand on losing if you do fail?

Everything. I am totally screwed. Why do you think I could fail? I drank a ton of water and gave a very dilute sample.
Drinking water has little to do with it. It all has to do with your metabolism. Medications are discreated through the liver, not the kidney. Drinking water clears your kidney, but not your liver. ESPECIALLY with Acetominophen.

I am not worried about the acetaminophen, just the oxycodone. Why would the metabolism of acetaminophen have any effect on the metabolism of oxycodone? I know the drugs are metabolized by the liver, but they are excreted through the kidneys. And if the sample is very dilute, wouldn't that help because if there was still a trace left, it could put the level below the cutoff?

The info in the link I sent you will explain it all. Read towards the end, the elimination time for oxycodone is, 3.5+/-1.5 days. You are out 6 days from use.

Sorry but why were you taling something you had no prescription to be taking. Its obvious you were going out of your way to find a way to cheat on the test. Why don't you seek help to deal with that problem.
I'm going to ask you honestly and straight forward.
What do our answers have to do with this? You've already taken the test. The result will be what it is. No matter our responses you will be stressed out until you get your result, because our responses are not any guarantee that you will pass.

I am not looking for judgment. I obviously know what I did was stupid, and do not feel the need to get into details about my situation. I know I am going to be stressed until I get the results, I have never been this stressed out in my life. I was just hoping for some reassurance that I am probably going to be OK and pass the test.
I was just hoping for some reassurance that I am probably going to be OK and pass the test. Unfortunately we cannot give you that reassurance. I wish we could, but we can't. I've had patients who were two weeks out from taking and still tested positive. You are just going to have to wait it out.

Were they chronic users, or take the medication for a prolonged period?
