I have two children (11 and 8) in South Dakota. I have had sole physical custody of the children since May 2011 and that is on record with DSS. However, I do not have a child support order and working on that now. My question is: If he is paying child support on a son from his ex-wife (age 5) for the past two years, will my order be less or greater for my two children than his one with her? So, will the first biological children born be considered first or the first order for support? Thank you.

It is normally the first support order. Usually it would be first born but in this case it is backwords but the first order takes precident.
