Who wrote the poem starting "far in the sky, i saw her so shy"

It is about the full moon waiting for sun with her feet among the clouds, but se goes unnoticed as the day dawns and she weans away.

On the new moon day, the sun notices her absence and he starts to search for her and finds her after a fortnight, on the next full moon day.
