Hello I had a question, my boyfriend is currently fighting for full custody of his girls. This morning he got pulled over stating he ran a stop sign when he didn't. But when the cop came to the car the girls were not buckled in there car seats. He got a ticket for that and has a couort date will this affect his custody fight?? Please someone help me
