My 08 civics instrument cluster does not work at all.no warning light works and the abs , the hand brake light keep blinking . Could this be the that the clock is no good.

. Remove and fully charge the battery.

. Test all under hood and under dash fuses with a test light or multimeter.

. Check for codes, including ABS codes.
