I lost my virginity with my boyfriend. During first intercourse, it was difficult to penetrate into my vagina and there was pain in the vagina and bleeding per vagina which was little amount after sex. During second intercourse, it was still difficult to introduce into my vagina and also felt pain and noticed spotting. During third time intercourse, only little spotting. During fourth time intercourse, I noticed spotting after sex. I also felt pain after sex. I only have sex with my boyfriend and he also has no other sexual partner. I have no other symptoms like itching and white discharge. Can you please tell me the causes? Is my hymen still not perforate enough? Or is it due to vaginal wall tear because of vigorous sex?

Probably a lack of lubrication, and too little foreplay to allow you to lubricate, or relax yourself.

I agree, also not knowing your age, unless age is an issue..
But lubrication is normally the issue. Not being ready
