It is a trilogy (I guess so)... 1990s - 2000s movie.
It is about revenge.
One of it trilogy start with the guy have a rich friend, they race boats. The man cheat that guy money using woman strategy. The guy have a sex scene in balcony with two girls. The guy become rich, and then there are revenge in the movie.

Another sequel have scene where the girl have sex with another girl in a hidden jungle cabin, (and crocodile?) and police

Its kind of like screams trilogy. Which the real killer/bad guy is unpredictable in each sequel.
