I need help trying to id a hollywood movie this movie is an old black and white I saw it on late night tcm movie classics summer of 2013 its about the president of the united states (no one specific) who is always being possesed or control by the spirit of another person when having to make decisions of national policy . Its kind of a lite humor movie in content but I thought it was interesting because this movie has to be 50/60 years old and the same issues our president face today were being faced by the president in this movie
