I'm having an issue.

Now, to bring you up to speed, I have PcOS and have also had two natural, vaginal births.

I have a very healthy sex life. After my second child, I noticed a whole different feeling when I orgasm. Now, the feeling is more intense with an added, strong, deep pain around the left side of my vaginal canal. Now, the pain isn't really a bad one. In fact, it adds to the orgasm. It makes me think of maybe a scarred muscle or something from giving birth? Do cysts go as far down as the vaginal canal? Could it be that?

I even feel a deep throbbing pain in that same spot when I'm in the mood. I would just like to know what could have happened in my vagina for me to all of a sudden feel this and if anyone else has experienced this. Remember, it's a pain... but not a bad one. I actually really like this new feeling.

It's really too difficult to say over the Internet. I would suggest you bring it up with your physician. It could be scar tissue, or a myriad of other things. As long as you're not experiencing any other difficulties, it may not be an issue, but it's still wise to have it checked out just in case.
