My lmp was May 24, 2014, then on June 15 had some spotting lasted 4 days. On July 2nd had spotting for only one hour, last hpt I had was July 5th, faint positive after 10 minutes. Could I be pregnant?

Hi judithloreto,
Reading the test result after 10 minutes can sometimes result in what may appear to be a faint positive. What were the directions on the test that you used? Did it say to read after 10 minutes? Be sure to read result only in the time frame stated on the test. Often it will be within the first 3-5 minutes, but can depend on the brand of test and sensitivity.
It is certainly possible that you are pregnant, but cycles can be off sometimes as well. I'd try another test, making sure to follow directions carefully, or see your doctor for a test there.

False positives are much rarer than false negatives. I would go to your doctor to confirm the results. It could be that you're pregnant.
