I'm 18, I have pimples but when I pop them now it makes these sores and really big scabs and it won't go away. If had pimples before obviously but it's never made sores and hectic scabs on it and burns this much? What's going on?

Do NOT pop them! It's time to see a doctor, in particular a dermatologist. You are going to end up with maybe cellulitis or worse and eventually scars if you keep this up.
