Kenmore dishwasher Model 665.1374.
The panel will not light up and dishwasher sometimes makes what sounds like a draining noise when the start button is pushed.
What I have done: I tested the door switches; there are two. I tested this for continuity across the leads of each switch. When the switch was closed it had continuity and when open no continuity. Next, tested thermal switch, again for continuity. So I figured it was the circuit board. The new board did not fix it.
