I've tried pressing "wash" and "rinse," thinking that might reset the d/w. It begins to refill, then shuts off, because there's already water in there and I assume there's a level shutoff.

I've also pressed "cancel/drain."

And I've unplugged the d/w, also in hopes of resetting in.

I opening the d/w, and unscrewed the cap of the interior that spins around distributing water, thinking maybe there was something clogging/obstructing it. The ring (gasket) beneath the cap has a crack in it, but I wouldn't think that would prevent the d/w from draining.

Any tips?
