My Chinese 110cc atv won't start. I had to replace the head assembly due to a stripped spark plug hole and since then it won't fire. There is spark, and fuel to the carb, but when I pull the plug and put my finger over the hole and crank it no gas or no smell of gas. I have replaced carb.

Sure there is compression?
