Kenmoure elite bottom freezer frig's ice maker won't dump the ice out of the flex tray. It acts like it won'ts to but moves just a little. Why are there so many people having this problem?

It could be that scale has accumulated and/or your condenser coils are dirty under the unit causing it not to cool as well. Make sure to clean the coils and fan with spray soap and water or you will need a new refrigerator anyway.
