My Pom Fred is 5mths old. He pees outside but won't poop outside. I just started walking him two weeks ago. He always goes on the we we pads. I need some advice.

Put the pad outside with him on a lead near by. I think pads are not a great training device for a pup.

Get rid of the pads. You are giving the poor little guy mixed messages. He can poop inside, so he does. Why should he poop outside?

Unless you live a big city apartment with little access to the outdoors, these things are a terrible way to train a dog.

At this point, since you have trained him that it's okay to defecate in the house (how gross), you need to move these pads closer and closer to the front door until they are outside. At that point he will have no choice but to use the yard to do his business.
