During my efforts to replace a urinal ata retail store I found the supports were questionable and with the rubber seal ring it couldn't be tightened properly. As a result it kept leaking water at the bottom of the urinal. Any advice installing replacement units would be appreciated.

Reinstalled the supports with proper backing. If that doesn't help with John back and let me know. Good luck, Tom

Hello NORAM,

Can you post model number of your new urinal ? Also, are you replacing same model for same model ? Back to you. Milo

Hi milo
It's their thinbrooke type model. I am replacing like for like now that I've measured the wall supports 10" not 13" like the washbrooke model I was sold. As well all the plumbing is ABS so no metal for attachments enclosed with washbrooke. As well I found the lower wall seal was a crushed rubber seal that won't stay in place. I think a wax ring would appear to be better suited? Ialso noticed the lower bolts are only 5" apart not 7" like the washbrooke. Too many uglies to deal with so I'I noted the sku number on the rear of the Urinal and am ordering identical Am Standard model. I hope the ABS plumbing seals bettter with this model.
