Much better to leverage your monthly payment at a local dealer. Google local car dealers, and make some calls. Or a rent-a-wreck.

Depending on where you are, there are probably plenty of Buy Here Pay Here dealers around you where you can buy a car with little down and no credit or bad credit. The only thing I have to say is that you NEED to have the car checked out by a mechanic BEFORE you buy it. Take my word for it, I sell used cars and know how most BHPH dealers work. If they won't let you take it to a local mechanic to have it looked at BEFORE you buy it, then walk away....do not take their word for how great it is.
