Zoom Web Media has introduced themselves as a Canadian web development company, though they have revealed that they hire Indian people for cost effective services. In their website they have put in Canadian address. But I am not sure whether they have any branch out there or not as I live in Auckland, New Zealand. Have you contacted them. Many companies may have offices without it being a branch. It is common for larger companies to use lower cost labor in customer service

Yup.. I have contacted them several times, but all the time I communicate over phone or through E-mail. So I do not have any clear idea about the branch location in Canada. I am asking this question as I need to send a letter to this address.
