(In my first delivery I had hellp syn and the mid wife called the doctor for cesarean because my bp was very high and doc refuses and ask for normal delivery, in second everything was fine I was on aspirin whole 6 to 7 months) now I'm pregnant with 3rd was had hyperprolactinmea and was taking bromocriptin.

Hello uas,

If I am understanding your post correctly, a birth is only a cesarean if you required surgery to have baby removed from an incision in your abdomen and uterus.

Some women will experience a resting stage before they feel the need to push. Contractions may slow down considerably for a little while. Sometimes changing positions helps, sometimes a little nipple stimulation may get contractions going again, accupressure has been known to help some women, sometimes medical intervention is used, but often it is just a matter of waiting as long as mother and baby are doing fine.

If you are currently being treated for hyperprolactinemea with Bromocriptine, and are thinking of breastfeeding afterwards, ask your doctor about switching to Dostinex as Bromocriptine is no longer recommended for breastfeeding mothers or for women during postpartum who are wanting to suppress milk production.
