Had a sharp pain in left side of neck that went up to the side of my head above my ear on Saturday that only last for a few seconds but made me feel very strange afterwards. Yesterday it happened again should I call my doctor. I have HBP and I am 64 female

Yes. Could be a number of things, but with all the important stuff that travels in that area, I wouldn't chance it. Could be a muscle sprain or nerve issue or worse.
