The blown motor had 2 brown wires(one with a white stripe),a red, a blue, a black, an orange, and a white wire. The new motor, Century DL 1056, has 1 brown wire with a stripe, 1 red, 1 blue, 1 black, 1 orange, and 1 yellow wire coming out of the motor(plus 2 sets of short wires connected to each other)!
It's missing one of the capacitor wires(brown) and the white(neutral/ground)wire.
And it has a yellow wire! I tried putting the yellow on the capacitor to replace the missing brown wire , and I tried putting it in the neutral spot on the circuit board, but nothing happened. I would expect those results, because either way left an incomplete circuit(or whatever it's called. Heil said the motor is compatible ! What do I need to do to make this work
