I have various Glacier Bay three spigot shower/tub faucet combos in my home. They use the 3S-11H and 3S15C replacement cartridges from Danco as replacements for the hot and cold water. These cartridges are then attached to an extension that is made of nylon and a brass stem with a D head that will finally attach to the handle which is made of white ceramic and chrome. The extension part broke and after visiting 4 Home Depot stores every employee showed me a Danco replacement for a Delta faucet which they said would solve the problem. The extension was too short as the brass stem portion needs to be at least 2" in length. They say that this has a lifetime warranty and yet no one has at minimum a catalog to be able to find the part. I need help. Thanks.

Unless you have receipt or product information, go to Home Depot find a similar plumbing product, open, get warranty contact phone number. Call.

They are actually pretty good on warranty but don't make it easy for you to find them.

Their Glazier Bay product are made by different companies but Danco is not one of them.
