Caveat emptor - Definition and More from the Free Merriam-Webster Dictionary (http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/caveat%20emptor)

You chose this dentist knowing that he was not licensed.

What means not licensed (it may have different meanings in different areas)? If he is practicing medicine without a license, then he should be reported to the Home - American Dental Association - ADA.org (http://www.ada.org/)

He provided you a product and even many licensed dentist only do one or two free adjustments. Is it a matter that he will not, or he wants additional money to adjust
