If you received the medicine from a doctor, follow the directions that they should have provided. The doctor or clinic may have suggested a follow-up visit, or that you do your own pregnancy test after a few weeks, and they may suggest no intercourse for a couple of weeks. If you are not wanting to become pregnant, talk with your doctor about different forms of birth control and use it consistently. Pregnancy can still be possible, even with birth control, especially if it is not used correctly and according to directions. Birth control will certainly lessen the chance of an unplanned pregnancy however.

There are no special dietary needs or restrictions.
