I have a code F1 which occurred after a power failure. When I press power and then start, I hear a click and nothing starts. How do I run the diagnostics test? Any suggestions as to possible cause is appreciated?

I've seen this code on our Cat when the glow plug is not working. Check the plug cable and it should start but you may need to spray some starting fluid in the air intake.
