I have 96 Accord with the check engine light on. I jumped the codes and got a 65-p0141 which indicates secondary sensor. I bought a new sensor but I also have a cracked manifold. So my question is should I change the sensor now or wait until I change the manifold or does it not make a difference? Thanks.

Wait until you change the manifold. Only go with a Denso oxygen sensor--stay away from Bosch.

What is the difference between the 2 sensors. The car has over 300k and only driven 3-4 days a week. Don't know if that makes a difference

Denso is the leading manufacturer of oxygen sensors for Japanese import cars--they never cause problems. Bosch sells generic sensors, which cause many problems. Oxygen sensors are extremely sensitive and the wrong one can cost you a lot in wasted gasoline.

It wouldn't surprise me if you didn't need a new oxygen sensor, once you replace the exhaust manifold.

If you replace the sensor without replacing the manifold, you will probably still be getting the CEL and same code. The cracked manifold could very well be the cause.
