I watched this movie in the 90's. It was about a group of friends that grew up together in the New York area. As they got older they decide to work for a local mafia gang. Running errands and robbing etc. They decided to rob the mafia members club in which they worked for. They got away but the mafia guy found out and was coming after them. The group of friends started to crumble. I remember the one friend running through the streets with his other best buddy before turning around on him in an alley and shooting his friend in the stomach to watch him die.. Very heart breaking scene.. That's a I can remember.. Thanks for the help
