First I think Tom Cruse plays in this one but I am not sure what I do remember is that the main charchter has a normal life. He lives with his son, wife and his father. Then one day a man tells him his whole life as he remembers it is some how inplanted into him and the real memories have been erased. Apparentl the man that warned him had his own memory erased and all so said that there were more of them in same military troop or experimetn group (I am not sure but) that they are all dead now. His father helps the main character latter. At the end of the movie the main character ends on trail with a women that helpd him as his lawyer. Main charcter pulls out the evelop in which Top secret files about his past should be in. When that happen the bad guy ask the judge to empty the cort room because it involves national security. When judge refuses to do that bad guy has no choice but to drop the charges. Envelop turns out to be a bluf.
