I am an F-1 student and has been here under F-1 status since 2005. I started filing 2010 taxes as a resident alien with form 1040EZ. This past tax year I got a 1040-S, but there is no place on 1040EZ for me to fill in these information. Contacted school about the form and they refuse to give me a 1098-T instead of 1040-ES (they issued me a 1098-T the year before). How do I file 1040EZ to include the tax on 1040-S? Should I just file 1040NR this year? Thanks.

I assume you mean Form 1042-S.

You need to file Form 1040. I would need to see the Form 1042-S to give you specific instructions on where to post the information.

Email me at the email address in my profile and I will give your instructions on how to send me the Form 1042-S to evaluate.
