just diagnosed with MRI results. Ovarian tumor such as cystadenofibroma or fibrothecoma measuring 14.6 x 12.1 x11.3 cm (HxWxAP). Endometrial thickness 0.5 cm. uterus is anteverted and normal in size. The mass is posterior to uterus. I have lower back pain, but spine specialist suggested to go for ObGyn advice for removal operation. Can it be done without surgery? It sounds so scary that ObGyn might need help from colon specialist. Any other advice than the above? Would really appreciate it. Thanks.
