I am 24 years old. I have severe back pain 1 day before my periods, and the 1st day of my periods. Periods are lighter before and last no more than 5 days, periods are very light after the 3rd day, I have periods every month regularly. I have pain during sex and spotting occurs every time I have sex, have frequent urine infections. Sometimes have more than normal off whitish discharge which is sticky after having sex. After having sex there is pain while urinating for 2-3 days.

That's long enough to suffer and be stressed and in pain, so see the doctor and get his opinion.

The discharge is probably your partner's semen. As for the pain and infections, see your doctor. You could have an ovarian cyst or another cause for the pain, which can be treated.

What could this be any idea, I want to know what I'm dealing with before reaching out for the doctor,.

Please help me to rule out my condition... as I have been dealing with this for too long and want to know what's wrong...

That's backward thinking. Reaching out to a doctor is the proper way to know what you are dealing with. Online diagnosis is inaccurate and misleading.

I will be going to the doctor soon, before that I need to know any possible things which might be causing these symptoms... I also have an ongoing severe eye allergy could this be of any relevance...

The thing is that we can't discount anything so it could be anything from a muscle strain to cervical cancer to STDs to... well there are many more that I Could list. It would be irresponsible to say it could be one thing or another or to even rule anything. As well there is so much information that we're missing that you couldn't possibly give us that anything would be a guess at best.

See your doctor, it probably isn't serious but could be.
