I am lazy and always tired and sleepy, I am psychichly not happy since my marriage (unwanted marriage) help me to take all necessary actions and investigations to guarantee a healthy and intelligent kid. I know now the nerves are being created. Can you tell me at least what to eat and drink during the first three months? I am already in the second month now and was not healthy eating nor sleeping. I heard that I should have a sonore through the vagina in the first month, do I have to remove it? It is painful to be removed, shall I be operated to remove it? A healthy diet would include dairy, vegetables, fruits and proteins. It is imperative that you take a prenatal vitamin that includes 400mcg of folic acid.
