I am doing a total remodeling job on a pier and beam house, all new plumbing and electric. We are adding a new bathroom. Sub floor is 3/4" treated plywood and will have linoleum as the finish. How far is the toilet flange placed from the wall? And do I have to install a closet flange? Main sewer line will be running directly on the ground below. Will it be a problem running in this order-> shower-toilet-bathrm sink -to-septic. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Your toilet stub-up from the closet bend will be 12" from the wall to the center of the pipe. The closet flange will install on the stub-up. I can't follow the vent on your order of installation so let me lay out the job. Toilet main to septic (3") Lavatory drain and vent,(2") to roof to tie into the toilet main and the shower, (2") to tie into the Lavatory drain. This will vent your bathroom group and keep you in code. More questions? We're as close as a click. Tom
