I had a form sent to me by Book Tango a publishing company. I filled it out and posted it over 15 months ago to the IRS in the US.
I never received anything back from them. Can you help?

What form did you send ? I see no reason for you to mail anything to IRS.

Did you send them payment for taxes owed ?
