I believe I'm pregnant with my second baby but I believe I'm still early if I am. I had my period Feb 17-22, light spotting the 23rd and had sex the 24th. I was going to start tracking my period by bbt and cm. I noticed since having sex my cervix has been closed and feels like swollen puckered lips and firm. My cm is watery but cloudy. I've been peeing a lot more and have had mild cramping, headaches, not wanting to eat anything, nausea, and a lot of bloating. I've had quite a few mood swings to! Could I be pregnant? I don't usually have any of these symptoms with my period coming up...

May I ask how you know your cervix is closed and firm?

Way to early to test, while some can test if they miss a period, most need to wait till they are 2 weeks last from period. While pregnancy can happen anytime there is sexual intercourse, sex the day after period is of course not a higher chance of pregnancy but it does happen.
The signs while possible are not the norm at this eary stage either. Gues have to ope and wait.

I forgot to put in there lightening crotch and yesterday it almost felt like I was leaking breast milk... Like that tingly feeling on my nipple. Their still a little tender. Not to bad though. This would be my second pregnancy if I am

Lightening crotch? I've never heard of that and this is my profession. Unless you have been breast feeding recently it would be too early to "leak breast milk."

I checked myself.

I guess that's not the term for it. But when I walked about today at the mall it felt like sharp stabs at random times. In not breast feeding and I haven't breastfed for a while but it felt like the tingly feeling you get when you breastfeed and leak.

I checked myself.Oh, goodness, please don't do that again. A vaginal exam during pregnancy should be sterile with sterile gloves and gel. This should only be done by a trained professional. I am a trained professional and I can't even check my own cervix. At this point, if you are pregnant, your cervix would be positioned posteriorly, meaning towards your back. At this early stage I would have a terrible time locating your cervix, there is no way you could do it properly.
Please, please, please... as a maternal/fetal nurse, I beg you not to do this again.
In the end, you will have to wait until your period is late by approximately 2 weeks before you can test using first morning urine.

Sorry, no, at a few week, there is no real body changes that can be noticed, there would be no leaking of anything at the breasts and certainly no pain or tingle anywhere.
Hopeful thinking, and trying to see signs where they just are no signs yet.
*** OK, that does not mean you are not, since you are sexually active, pregnancy is possible. But the odds are really against it.

Not going to. I'm glad I used gloves though. I'm glad a nurse answered my question. How far along do you have to be to get a blood pregnancy test?

I noticed a lot of pregnancy symptoms early with my first pregnancy. And I know you don't leak breast milk this early. I just didn't know about the tingling if it was a pregnancy symptom or not.

You should probably wait until you miss your periods. After that only you can examine the pregnancy test to check whether its positive or not. However the symptoms which you are witnessing aren't specific to pregnancy. So in short try after you skip periods.

While many women will do cervical checks as a means of checking for of impending ovulation, it's not recommended when you are, or think you might be, pregnant.
Some women will notice a tingling or nipple tenderness early one, but again, it's not a definitive symptom for early pregnancy.
As was said, much of what you feel could be early pregnancy, or could be for other reasons. See what happens when you would expect your next period.
If you're not pregnant, tracking BBT and cm are good places to start. Just keep in mind, if you haven't used BBT as a means for determining possible ovulation before, that it can take a few months to see a pattern emerge.
Good luck!
