How to treat acute pain, comes and goes, I had problem since yesterday Sunday

Do you have a family doctor? I would sure get one if you don't. That's who can answer your questions live in person, and set your mind at ease, or treat a problem.

If you have acute pains anywhere... why are you asking online and not going to a doctor who might actually be able to do something?

Typical pains on the right upper might be gallbladder and right lower appendix.
Now so what? It does no good at all to guess.
Either one of those needs a doctor, sooner rather than later.

Many hospitals are associated with a 'walk-in clinic' to avoid the huge expense of an ER. They will get you to an ER if needed.
