I have a Colemand 96% efficiency furnace TM9T100C16MP11A

For the past few days I have been dealing with my furnace shutting down due to error codes.

It started with 4 red blinking, which means fan motor fault. I would open the lower panel which kills power and close it which causes a reset. At least one time the motor did not spin back up and I smelled/saw some smoke coming from near the motor. I spun the cage by hand and reset it and it worked fine. My fan would rattle some at startup but quiet down after it spins up. After the house would get back up to temp, at some point the fan would stop and furnace would stop firing up and the temp in the house would drop, quickly. I would simply open and close the door and it would reset and bring the house back up to temp. I ordered a new motor and capacitor.

Today the fan kept spinning but it started blowing cold air. Checked the code and got 8 red which means ignition lockout due to retries. I reset it and it fired up correctly.

The furnace is only 2 years old, I am concerned about this many problems on such a new unit.
