What is the possible evidence should be presented to file a case of abondonment?

It would actually be pretty simple to show evidence that a minor child was left alone, and not in the care of an adult. Provide testimony from the person/agency who found the child alone, and have them describe the situation in which the child was found. That is abandonment. However, I get the sense that you may be referring to parental abandonment. In that case, THIS (https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/family-law/child-abandonment-read-first-364259.html)sticky, posted at the top of the family forum will help. As it mentions, please describe your situation, and what you are trying to accomplish, and the users here will be better able to help.

Agree, the police or CPS would have taken child due to being left

Abandonment in the true criminal issue, is not merely not visiting, or paying support, leaving a child with a family member is not abandonment.

Now, it can be called that, in civil paper work, to ask for a change in custody, or visitation.

Non payment of support in Georgia also uses that term, although it is not able to be used in custody matters, since non payment in GA has little bearing on custody

What makes you think you can "file a case of abandonment"? And what do you think you can accomplish by doing so?

Also, any question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area.

Did someone leave the child with you and not return? What are the exact curcumstances? Child abandonment is a charge pressed by authorities, not individuals. What are you trying to do ?
