The French film was set in the future centered in a mostly glass home, very modern. What was funny was that everyone walking made a "tink, tink, tink" sound very amusing! The home had a large double gate interrupting a high wall surrounding he house. The walls and house appeared whit. The family of perhaps 4 all spoke French and the scenes depicted normal home activity. There were many views from above... strange... LOL

I saw it on a PBS type program very late at night some 20 years ago. A Los Angeles, CA station.

That's all I remember, off hand. It was quite striking.
