When I jump or bridge the starter selanoid to the starter, the engine runns. Then when I turn off the car I don't get any power to the starter, I think I have check all the fuses unles I'm missing something. Can some body help. Thanks!

How about year, make, and model. Some vehicles have a starter relay in the fuse box that's switched by the PCM after it determines if the vehicle is in park or neutral. Others run power through the park/neutral switch before going to starter motor. So it's impossible to help you without knowing what you're driving

Most likely, you have a bad starter relay. Frequently, manufacturers use the same relay for other applications in the under hood fuse/relay box. In this case, you can simply swap relays and see if the problem is solved. Otherwise, go ahead and install a new starter relay ($12).
